Thank you for getting another adjuster to review our claim for Hurricane Ike. The first guy to come to the house didn't even bring a ladder? How could he check for roof damage without going up there? Anyway, through your persistence, we got a different adjuster who did a more thorough job inspecting our damages. I am sure we got a better claim settlement due to your insisting on a second opinion than if we accepted the first inspection.

I can't believe it. I called you as soon as the storm rolled through and you answered your phone! Even though you had evacuated, you took my claim info and told me not to panic. You must have got my claim in early because I was contacted by an adjuster the day after the storm. My damages were paid about a week after that! My experience was much different than many of my neighbors who waited weeks to get their money. Thanks again!
